1.  RICHARD1 TALBOTT was born 1625 in England, and died 1663 in Anne Arudel County, MD.  He married ELIZABETH EWEN, daughter of MAJORRICHARD EWEN and SOPHIA UNKNOWN.

The Last Will and Testament of Richard Talbott

     I Richard Talbott of the Province of Maryland and in the County of Ann Arundell Scituating in West River Planter, being of good and perfect memory Do Constitute ordain and appoint this my last Will and Testament in manner as followeth.

     Imp: I do give and bequeath unto my Eldest Son Richard this Seat of Land I now live upon (called Poplar Knowle) with a piece of Land Lying on the South Side of the South Brancehand on the South side of the West river (called Talbots timber neck) but in Case John Balding refuses it, then it to be as aforesaid-

     I do also give and bequeath unto my other two Sonnes Edwd and John all that parcell of Land being three hundred acres (called Talbots Ridge) only Edwd to have his first Choice.  Provided that he begin at Eigher End, and If Either of them Shall dye before they come to age then his or their part to be equally divided by the other two.

     I also give and bequeath unto my Son and Daughter Elizabeth three cowes to be for thier use and benefitt.  Namely the Cow called Spott and Pyes Heifer, and young Gentle, with their increase male and female, to be tendred before Evidence for their use immediately, after my decease but to remain with their mother till they come to age, the Boy att Twenty one and the Girle at sixteene or day of Marriage-

     The Cattle which were give to my Eldest Sonnes Richard and Edward by their Grandfather, I do give them all the Male Cattell which shall hereafter be of the said Cattle.

     I do also give unto my Wife the use of my Plantation I now live on; so long as she liveth, but in Case she marry - then to have it till he cometh to age.  I do also constitute ordain and appoint my loveing Wife my true and lawful Executor as witness my hand and seall the 21 day of the 2d month called Aprill 1663.

2.  JOHN2 TALBOT (RICHARD1 TALBOTT) was born 1660, and died July 04, 1707 in Calvert County, MD.  He married SARAH MEARS.

The Last Will and Testament of John Talbott

     This second day of ye Tenth month annoq Dni one Thousand seven hundred and one I John Talbott of Calvert County in the province of Maryland being in sound and pfect mende, memory and understanding, do make this my Last will and Testament in manner & forme following:

     Imps: My soud and Spiritt I Resigne to Almighty God that gave it; And as for my worldly Estate I bequeath as followeth:

     Item. I give and bequeath unto my dear and Loving wife Sarah Talbot the Plantation I now Dwell upon & as much Land adjoyning as will make it one hundred and fifty acres for & Dureing the Terme of her naturall Life but if she should Live untill my son Thos. Talbot attains the age of twenty and one years then my will & mind is that my siad sone may have Liberty to settle upon one part of the Land bequeathed unto my wife, for unto him my said son Thomas Talbott, i give the reversion of the said hundred and fifty acres, part of a tract of Land called Expectation to him and his heires forever afther the Decease of his mother.

     Item. I give and bequeath unto my two Sons Richard and Danl. the Remaining two hundred acres of my said tract of Land called Expectation to them and to their heires forever, but if either of my three sons afd should dye before they attain the age of twenty and one years then my will and minde is that my Daughter Eliza. and the child which my wife now goes with and to their heirs forever.

     Item. I give and bequeath unto my Dear and Loving Wife one Third part of all my psonal Estate of what nature or kind soever, my Just Debts being paid & the other two thirds of my psonall Estate to be Equally Divided Between my Children, including that which my wife now goes with if it happen that either of my children Dye before they attain their Lawfull ages to Receive their parts of my perosnall estate that then his or thier parts is to be Divided amongst the Survivours.

     Item. I Do nominate, ordain and appoint my dear & Loving wife to be my whole and sole ex. of this my Last will and Testamt.  And Lastly I do appoint my three brothers, William Daniel and Joseph Richardsons and my friend Richard Johns to be overseers and trustee Desiring their assistance to my wife in the Execution of this my Last will and Testament as before Expressed in confirmation of this my Last will and Testamt.  I have put my hand & seale the Day & year above Written Annoq. Dni 1701.

The Last Will and Testament of  Sarah Mears Talbott Allnut
 

     Maryland, sst., March ye 11, 1743-4.  In The Name of God, Amen.

     I, Sarah Allnut, of Calvert County, in the Province aforesaid, being very sick and weak in Body, but of sound and perfect Memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following:

     Imprimus: I Give and bequeath unto my Loving Sun William Allnutt, my negro Fellow, Called Chargo.

     Item. I Give and Bequeath unto my Loving Granddaughter Mary Allnut Junr. one Cow and Calf.  I Give and Bequeath to my Granddaughter Mary Allnut Junr. one lare Trunk and all my wearing apparel.

     Item. I Give and bequeath unto my loving Grandson James Allnutt Jurn. one Cow and Calf.

     Item. I Give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Elizabeth Allnut one Cow and Calf.

     Item. All the Rest of my Persoanl Estate, I Give and Bequeath, to be Equally Divided amongst my Grand Children.  And, of this my Last will and Testament I Make and Ordain my Loving Sons, William and James Allnut my Whole and Sole Executors and I do hereby utterly Disallow, revoke and Disannull all and Every Other Former Testaments, Wills and Legacies, Bequests and Execators, by me in any ways before this time named Willed and Bequeathed.  Ratifying and Confirming this and no other, to be my Last Will and Testament.  In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year written above.

3.  DANIEL3 TALBOT (JOHN2, RICHARD1 TALBOTT) was born April 24, 1699 in Calvert County, MD, and died February 16, 1745/46.  He married ELIZABETH (POSSIBLY) BIRCKHEAD Abt. 1723.

4.  WILLIAM4 TALBOT (DANIEL3, JOHN2, RICHARD1 TALBOTT) was born June 07, 1742, and died April 1819.  He married MARY ROBERTS.

5.  MARY5 TALBOTT (WILLIAM4 TALBOT, DANIEL3, JOHN2, RICHARD1 TALBOTT) died 1852.  She married (1) THOMAS ENSOR November 22, 1770 in St John's Parish, Baltimore Co., MD (Source: Robert Barnes, Maryland Marriages 1634 - 1777.), son of THOMAS ENSOR and MARY COSTLY.  She married (2) WILLIAM PARKERSON October 13, 1815.

Notes for MARY TALBOTT:
There was an Edmond Talbot that took the taxes in Harford Co. MD in 1778.  He was Mary's brother.

He appears on the List of taxes taken by Edmond Talboth Feb 24, 1778 in Gunpowder upper hundred, Harford Co. MD.

There was  minister living in Washington Co. Tn, when Marthat lived there, named Jonathan Leslie. We know her name could have been Leslie, because the clerk who issued the marriage license mispelled both names.  He could have been her brother or her Minister
