of North Carolina, Being affected in Body yet perfect in mind & memory
give my Soul to god my redeamer and my Body to Be Buerred In a decent manner
& after my Lawfull debts is paid I will What my affectes be disposed
of in the following manner to wit I give to my three sons Beniamin Isbell
John Isbell and Levingstun Isbell the track of Land that Edward Smith made
to me and two Entreys one of fifty acres the othear of thirty acres, Both
Entryes on the East Side of the main Kings Creeke for the youse of timber
But they are not to trade Said Land untill the death of my Belovid wife
Discretion Isbell or if She Shood marey again then in that case Benjamin
Isbell, John Isbell & Levingstun Isbell is to devide the Said Land
Between them as fearly as they can and to do with as they please.
I give one negro Boy named Isack to my son Benjamin Isbell. I give to my son.lohn Isbell one negro boy namd Sip(?). I give to my son Levingstun Isbell one negro boy namd Sam, I give to my two younest sons Thos Isbell & James Isbell the land that Capt David Withearspoon made a deade to me of to be devided between them at the death of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell or if she shood marry again then the land to be devided fearly between my two sons Thos Isbell & James Isbell and my son.james Isbell is to have the peart whear the house sets that I now live in and they are to have two fifty acres entrys and one peece of land that John Bradly made me a deade to for some land I excpect aboute twenty five acres for the youse of timber. .
I give to my son Thos Isbell one negro boy namd josh and my son .James Isbell is to have one when he cums of age, I give to my daughter Prudence Carlton on negro garle namd dol and two hundred dollears at the death of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell or if she shood marrey again.
I give to my daughter Frankey Furgugson one negro garle namd Nance and two hundred dollears at the death of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell or if she shood marrey again,
I give to my daughter B e ts e v on negro garle namd vine and two hundred dollears at the death of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell or if she shood marrey again.
I give to my daughter Polley one negro girl namd Ealce and two hundred dollears at the death of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell or if she shood marrey again.
I leave in the chaer of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell all my property of Every kind to do with as she thinkes best during her life of widdowhood.
I do appoint Beniamin Isbell John Isbell & Levingstun Isbell my Excecutors.
This I acknowledge to be my Last Will & desier it may be taken as such by all pearsons the 21st of March 1819.
(NB) after the death of my belovid wife Discretion Isbell or if she shood marrey again then I want all property devided fearly between all my children after the four garles has thear two hundred dollears paid to them.
