LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DORA ISBELLE ENSOR, DECEASED

Being of sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the uncertainty of life I Dora Isbelle Ensor the undersigned do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. Hereby revoking and making void all other wills and codicils made by at at any time.

FIRST: I request that mv executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts out of the first monev that comes into his hands.

SECOND: I hereby will, bequest and give all of my property real, personal and mixed to my eight children named as follows; Clyde I Ensor,, Edna Helen Oakley, Christine O'Neal, Edward Ensor, Paul Ensor, Sara Ensor Bunson, James Ensor and William Ensor. To share and share.a like and if any of my eight children should die before I do then their children shall receive their share and if any should die without children then their share shall equally divided among the survivors, who are children, or their children.

THIRD: I hereby appoint and came my son Paul Ensor as the Executor of this my last will and Testament to serve without bond or reporting to the court in any manner. He shall be empowered to transact any and all business as if I were living, using his own judgement and shall have the power to execute to the real estate, conveying title by private sale or otherwise and to do all things necessary in administering and making settlement of my estates

Done this twenith ninth (29th) day of August 1957.

Signed by the said testator Dora Isbelle Ensor as her last will in the prrsence of each of us and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witness.
