6.  THOMAS4 ENSOR (MARY3 COSTLY, WILLIAM2, JAMES1 COSLE) was born November 19, 1749 in Baltimore Co., MD, and died Abt. February 07, 1815 in Washington Co., TN.  He married MARY TALBOTT November 22, 1770 in St John's Parish, Baltimore Co., MD (Source: Robert Barnes, Maryland Marriages 1634 - 1777.), daughter of WILLIAM TALBOT and MARY ROBERTS.

He appears on the List of taxes taken by Edmond Talboth Feb 24, 1778 in Gunpowder upper hundred, Harford Co. MD.

There was  minister living in Washington Co. Tn, when Marthat lived there, named Jonathan Leslie. We know her name could have been Leslie, because the clerk who issued the marriage license mispelled both names.  He could have been her brother or her Minister
