THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MONSIE ENSOR - Her will is recorded in the
County Clerks Office at Cookeville, Putnam County, TN.I Moncie Ensor, being of sound mind disposing memory and knowing the
uncertainty of life & the certainty of death do make publish and declare this
to be my last will and testament.1st. I want all my just debts and funeral expenses first paid.
2nd. I want all of my estate both real and personal equally divided with my
children, my executors to use the proceeds of farm and also personal property
sufficient to raise and care for children.3rd. I want my executors to rent or have cultivated my lands as they shall
see best for children, but said lands not to be sold until youngest child is
twenty one years of age.4th. I want the lands sold when youngest child is 21 years of age if children
can agree in disposing of lands they can do so. if not to be sold privately
or publicly as executors think best.5th. I nominate and appoint T.N. and J.A. Amonett my executors to this my
last will and testament and they shall not be required to give any bond for
the dame. and I here by revoke all other wills by me maid. don't require my
executors to make any settlement with the court. only probating will.In witness whereof I here unto set my hand and seal.
